UnfortunatelyI was not able to be there in person since the Covid-19 pandemic was in full force and I was outside the USA. I was referred to Tim Harris. After a few phone calls and emails to settle details, Tim swung into action: viewing the property, evaluating it, tidying things up considerably and listing it. A sale quickly resulted to my satisfaction. Tim provided quick, efficient and exemplary service and I have no qualms with recommending him.

After learning about our needs and wants, Tim worked diligently to meet them. When we decided to move from MN to AZ we contacted Tim. He was the listing agent on the first house we bought when we were new in Tucson. He went above and beyond to make the deal go through. We thought he was so professional and helpful that we then used him to sell our house. My wife and i were out-of-town buyers looking for our retirement home, and he did a fantastic job of understanding our needs and preferences and walked us through multiple properties via video and pictures, both live and post-visit. Two Triplexes and 2 homes of various sizes and values, all with tenants. We are from East Texas (about 1200 miles away) and so I asked our attorney for a recommendation for a real estate agent. He spoke very highly of Tim Harris and said he was extremely honest and had a great deal of integrity (just who we wanted). I contacted Tim by phone and found him very personable and knowledgeable so i asked him to be my agent and sell the properties. I only had a passing knowledge of the properties and I knew it would be a challenging and probably difficult task. Tim and I discussed and came up with prices for the properties and put them on the market. He was easy to work with, very knowledgeable of the market. Tim had to work with tenants to set up showings, a property management company, other agents and clients, and of course me. He did all this in a very professional and competent manner, basically without much help from me. It also turned out that the properties had a lot of delayed maintenance and repair work that needed to be done and Tim took care of all these extra problems for me. Three of the four closings were mail outs to me in Texas and Tim was responsible for making these as easy as possible for me. I can't really say enough good things about Tim.
